Walk with us throughout time in the streets of Florence to discover the clues of the Roman foundation, and following developments.

During Middle Ages Florence grew and became rich, we see the towers, symbols of power for the wealthy families and visit the Davanzati Palace, the house of a noble family, dating from the 14th century, now museum of the traditional Florentine house.

The huge Palazzo Strozzi and Palazzo Medici reveal the differences in the Renaissance architecture and decorations, especially in the beautiful frescoes of the famous “Chapel of the Magi” frescoed by Benozzo Gozzoli in the half of 15th century.

The tour includes: Repubblica Square, Palazzo Davanzati (free entrance for restoration and layout work, closed on Sunday and Monday), Palazzo Medici and the famous “Chapel of the Magi” (entrance fee not included, closed on Wednesday), Palazzo Strozzi (façade and courtyard), Palazzo Medici

Entrance fees not included

The tour can be customised according to your wishes.
