TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Suggested meeting points: Along the waterfront, near the ”Castello di San Giorgio”, the medieval castle on the "viale Mincio" by the coach pick up point. On request at the entrance to the Palazzo Ducale, by the ticket office of the Palazzo Te, railway station or at the reception of your hotel in Mantua.

How to pay: I require your reconfirmation via e-mail, fax or phone. The bill will be settled directly with the guide. Cash is welcome. Sorry, I do not take credit cards. Pre-paid service could also be arranged.

Cancellations: For guide services cancelled up to 24 hours beforehand payment of 80% of fee is required. For services cancelled up to 7 days beforehand payment of 50% is required. In case of no show the full fee is required.

The length of the guide service is calculated from the moment the guide is available for the client at the appointed meeting place.

A "Full Day" service is understood to be up to 6 hours excluding the lunch break of not more than 2 hours. The guide's lunch during a "Full Day" service will be charged to the client, or a reimbursement of Euro 20,00 will considered.

Eventual transport and entrance fees for the guide as well as transfer fees (to be agreed upon with the client) and lunch expenses are to be paid by the client.

Special services, incentives, dinner, etc... could considered a different rate.

For services carried out during the following holidays: January 1, December 24, 25, 26, 31 an additional charges of € 35,00 is require
