Away from the crowded tourist areas, in a natural environment of water and small - at times almost desert islands - such as Torcello, Venice’s mother, with just 15 inhabitants.

Murano, the most visited island, lives off its handicraft activity renowned all over the world: the art of glass blowing.

We can visit a glass factory and witness the creation of an object, and then continue our discovery of this ancient art in the Glass Museum.

More to the North, Burano, the island of lace, once a fishermen’s village with its characteristic colourful small houses your camera won’t resist to.

The island of Torcello (almost abandoned following a malaria outburst) is surrounded by a rich vegetation and hosts the most ancient cathedral of the lagoon: the Basilica of Santa Maria Assunta.

The tour includes:  Murano, Burano, Torcello, Cathedral of Santa Maria Assunta.

Admission Glass Museum €5.50 (closed on Wednesdays), Torcello Cathedral €4.
